Exchange Policy

NOTE: - IN CASE OF OUT OF STOCKED THEN SELECT ANY OTHER ARTICLE

Please dispatch product and share courier slip instantly because we have regular orders, So your required product's color, size or anything can be sold before your dispatching or sharing slip at WhatsApp.

Customer will bear courier charges when he/she will dispatch parcel for exchange from courier to us (No refund will available) and we will nothing charge any courier expense when we will dispatch exchange from our side.

Courier have no pickup policy from customer home, So customer have to dispatch items for exchange itself.

All products purchased from clasclothing can be exchanged within 15 days of purchase only if:-
• The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
• The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had actually purchased.

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:
• Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
• The product is damaged because of use.
• The product has tampered.
• Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories.

Replacement will be sent in case a defected/faulty/damaged item was shipped.

Procedure for Exchange

Dispatch your previous article from any courier service to our address and share us courier slip on WhatsApp at +923185979550 & tell us your exchange requirements on WhatsApp.

You must notify us within 3 days of delivery by writing to WhatsApp.

NOTE: - WHEN YOU DISPATCHED FROM YOUR SIDE SHARE THE SLIP (RECIEPT) PICTURE WITH TEAM AND TELL THEM TO DISPATCH YOUR EXCHANGE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.


IN THIS CASE TEAM WOULD DO THE SAME TO AVOID LATE DELIVERIES.
